Is there a specific type of ‘foot’ people prefer? Toe size, length, color of nails? Etc?

Depends on the person.... some people like nail polish, some people don’t. Some people like big feet while other prefer small feet.. etc. If you’re trying to get someones attention i’m sure just about anything will do.
