The Utah one is interesting in the sense it's a lot more complicated than that - cousins can marry legally at 65, but can at 55 providing they can prove to a judge that one of them can't procreate. SM is more complicated as it can be *** if marks are more than transient. However, by that definition a tattoo could be classified as an *** as the tattooed person consents but the mark is not transient. The reality is so bizarre as to be unbelievable

It's not just sex laws; a lot of crazy news stories are from Florida. If you tell me this law was enacted because someone in Florida tried it with a porcupine I would not doubt it.
