How do you create and set up a scene?

I’m not a very type A individual, never much enjoyed organization and shirked authority. As you could probably guess this made my scenes a bit chaotic and I had to lean heavily on my ability to build trust with my partner, ability to listen and respect boundaries, and to play wisely. An example scene I’ve done:
1. First we discussed limits and interest as well as established consent of course.

Well I am type A So I plan a scene in my mind I have a full time mate/sub so we do scenes twice a week and sporadic free use the rest of the time.

Think of a scene as a passage from a book, write in the third person.
