Ending a partnership

I'm sorry things didn't work out. I find myself in a similar situation right now. The relationship hasn't ended, but I feel like it could at any moment.

I'm in a FWB with a married man, who recently expressed wanting to further invest in our friendship and get to know me more as a person. Then he decided he needs to step back from the lifestyle and play because he's feeling some major jealousy over his wife going on dates almost every day these last couple weeks. And he's feeling jealous about me playing with others couples.

Now he's barely said two words to me, and I feel like ive been tossed aside. He still claims I'm someone special to him and tgat we could still hang out, yet when we did talk last, it felt sterile, like I was a stranger he was barely tolerating. Im trying to give him some space, but it's hard.
