I have to parrot these. When I was able to submit 100%, it was a wave of calm and freedom. The whole world went away. My heart felt light, I felt wanted and desired, my brain shut down and the intrusive thoughts went away and I simply floated. God dammit that is such an addiction. Like, I need that back so bad. 😭😭

My two words: free and calm.
