Frankly, I think it can be used as a great tool for self-reflection. In all likelihood, this domme wants to use that information to enrich her play. Consider something that you might feel badly about, like, I don't know, not doing laundry often enough. You'd get to express that, then the shame of sharing it, then punishment (with the associated pleasure that comes with it), then, during aftercare, you'd get the opportunity to reflect on whether or not that's a big deal and take steps to correct it or let it go entirely.
Seems healthy enough to me.

There is an app called "obedience" my doms/domes and I use that actually keeps track of all of this and more. For me as the sub I find it to be an amazing way to motivate me, build trust, respect, and keep track when life gets busy or in the way. It helps us remember what are roles are and provides us with opportunities to grow ina and out of the bedroom.

I see your point. Surely it’s a great tool. That’s why you hire a manager and a coach for it, to watch your processes and help you reach the goals. But I’m talking about kinky joy here, and I mean the joy for both parts, not domme providing services to sub for their healthy benefit, you know :)
