Serious question for the room. 😆
Has anyone else discovered the strangely unexplored world of graphite-only stick erotica?
I’m talking hand-drawn, old-school HB pencil work. No AI. No photography. No unnecessary anatomical detail. Just circles, lines, questionable proportions and imagination doing most of the heavy lifting.
This has naturally led to the creation of:
SMILF™: Stick Mums I’d Love to Fk.**
Current controversies within the community include:
• HB vs 2B
• whether charcoal counts
• mechanical pencils being considered cheating
• whether elbows destroy the purity of the form
• and the deeply divisive question of whether adding hair makes a stick figure “too realistic”
I’m convinced there is at least one person on here thinking:
“Finally. Someone said it.”

Now I am not strictly attracted to the ise of the artistic tools which adhere to graphite but I did see one exhibition of earliest pornography sketched with pencils and charcoal only. Numerous sketches from 1800s ***ting curvy women , male phalluses and male-female in erotic positions .

thank you for bringing some historical context to this important discussion. The fact that graphite and charcoal erotica existed in the 1800s raises several questions that I don’t think we can responsibly ignore. Most importantly, at what point does artistic detail cease to be stick erotica and become conventional figurative art? Hair? Elbows? Anatomically plausible knees? I *** humanity may not yet be ready for the answers.
