Juat my own opinion which dont mean shit really, but I dont care for them, I l9ve getting a mouthful of nipple during sex, not a bunch of metal

So I have my left nipple pierced vertically, my right pierced horizontally & I love them. I get different sensations from each one, nipple play & intensity can vary depending which makes tolerance variable too during play, pleasurable or otherwise.
Do I regret them absolutely not, do they intefere with play again no.
They werent the worst piercings I've had. They do take around 12months to fully heal which is boring when you want to change the jewellery but trust me the wait is worth it & yes occasionally you may find that you need to wash & clean them a little more thoroughly but look at it this was if you were going out to an event & the likelyhood of you playing is high would you wash & make sure you were clean? Of course you would so checking & making sure your nipple piercings are clean is no hardship is it.
But this is only my opinion & in no way meant to offend anyone.
The only advice would be if you're going to have them both done, have them done at the same time.

Love mine and have had to had them redone twice due to emergency surgery and they took them out when I was rushed in. In fact I ran to have them repierced immediately. Personally I love mine. Never lost sensation in fact I love them being manipulated when I am wearing different chains or rings mood or outfit specific😉. A couple of my tips. They want you but a bunch of shit. Uhhh no!no,no,
Dawn is a simple but effective cleaner unless you are allergic to detergents. If you are try bactine but really just soap and water twice a day. Turn them while they are wet. The wetness and cleaning helps loosen up the drainage you get from the piercing. Do make sure you get that go off while it is wet. Normally while you are cleaning it I grab a too and moisten the tip before going in for the goo😂 some q tips are ever super perfect and you can get them off of amazon. But they are perfect in!idk it up to you and what you like

I had my left redone as it migrated out thats when I decided to have it done horizontally

It is so so worth it and it don't hurt there is a sting for a little while but nothing like OMG that really hurts and if you clean them and let them heal so perfect

Same, one of my friends told me that it doesn't hurt much but to make sure to keep the holes fill with studs or fillers since it does close quick

Yes, it's going to hurt. I have had mine for 4 years. And it can take up to 2 years to heal and you will always have to keep them clean...

Please go to someone who knows what they are doing..

My first time getting them pierced, they were internally pierced, and they were pierced too deep, and it was like they were on fire.

I had to get them repierced .. they are great know but still have to keep them clean.

If you have big nipples, you need to go with the longer bar. And use surgical steel. You'll know if it's surgical, still a proper piercer. We'll open up the package in front of you. ....

There is a numbing spray that you can buy to calm down the *** and clean with regular dail soap only.

Be careful with certain brawls that you wear. They will be uncomfortable. I prefer sports bra when I first got mine done and certain clothings will snag on them, and it will be ***ful. If you're wearing a certain type of tops get some nipple pasties so it won't snag, but when you're in the healing process, you cannot use nipple. Pasties, it will not be comfortable when taking them off.

Oh, and when you get your nipples pierced, wear a pad, you're gonna squirt .. I did both times ..

I had my left nipple pierced when I was was in my late twenties. It didn’t really hurt much but the healing was a bit troublesome so I ended up taking it out. But I loved the aesthetic and kind of miss it. Best of luck for yours! It’s gonna look awesome on you!

Cool. So you pierced both nipples twice? How was the healing process? I’m a bit afraid of piercing the same nipple again but I really miss the looks :)

Oh It hurts... but its manageable ***... It really depends on your own tolerance and body healing..

After having them pierced be prepared for at least 9-12 months to completely heal... aches.. soreness.. look after them well.. clean and avoid trauma to the area until completely healed... although I enjoyed the healing stage and sensitivity it was very arousing....
From my own POV... If your boobs get swollen around your period expect monthly discomfort for the rest of your life 🤣
They do affect play for me.... say goodbye to direct impact slaps around nipples.. Goodbye to clamps (i wear bars not rings and cant manage that pressure for long anymore) say goodbye to tight rope ties around boobs has to be looser or worn for less time as all the pressure builds up around the nipple...

Aesthetically 100% worth it...
Sensation enhancement 100% worth it...
Interference with play... not worth it if your heavily into breast bondage and impact..

It’s a bit like a bee sting. The worst part was having them clamped, the needle wasn’t so bad. But as a man, sensitivity went up way high lol

I had one done a few years ago.
The *** is quite intense, but very short lived if it’s done properly.
It’s not unbearable though.

They clamp the nipple, and push a kind of sharpened thin, hard plastic straw through, followed by the chosen piercing.

Make sure you follow the maintenance advice and keep it clean, as you would with any other wound.

Every woman i know who had them, removed them, guessing its not worth it, did i like them? Sure, did they? Well they eventually took ‘em out

Well, depends on your *** level. I did two in once, she asked do we do the other, yes because if i go home now i' m not coming back. After one year one still was acting up( ***full, not healing) took it out. Be aware that nipples are very sensible the healing process is long or not existing.

Yeah the healing process can take some time. When I had my pierced 20 years ago my instructions were totally different for making sure they healed properly from this time which was only about 13 months ago. Personally I don’t feel they are instructing people as they should with their current day protocol. IMO
