Calloused Hands

September 13

Rough.
The way I wanted you from the start. You’re seething between your teeth as you try to keep your composure. I know you hate when I push you this far, but I know there’s a darker part of you that desires to see me through a red haze.
“On your knees.”
I thought you’d never ask. I look up to you, locking my eyes to yours as kneel- not breaking the stare. I fluff my skirt around me, covering what little bit it can.
“You’re going to understand that my buttons are not to be pushed. There is a line between being a brat and being MY brat.”
I hold back a laugh, but I see your expression change as the corners of my lips attempt a frown.
“I’m not playing with you, my little doll. This is a lesson I will only teach once.”

Your hands slowly wrap around my hair, tugging bits and strands to fit into a ponytail.
“Hold this.”
I do as told, calmly lifting my hands to meet yours.
