Eu**** Posted September 30 Hi. Anyone here have experience with trampoline jump practice? If i were to start right now at age 44, what should i know, how can i protect myself, how do i make sure I'm not pushing myself too much, and how do i get the most fun out of training?
FL**** Posted September 30 Get your knees and your ankles well conditioned if you haven’t been on one in a long time also they’re not worth a damn for fucking on. I had a gymnast on one. I thought that was gonna be epic. It is not.
Eu**** Posted September 30 Author Appreciate the input FLACman. By any chance you know if i exercise my knees on the trampoline itself and build up there with time is an option or do i need a separate training?

The trampoline itself will work everything in just the biggest thing is just take your time because the lack of resistance makes people push themselves sometimes too hard because you don’t feel it you’ll be all right

Again, thank you for the input!
Deleted Member Posted September 30 Do a light leg warmup before you hop on and jump if youre worried and treat it like jump rope. Youre just trying to use the correct muscles, not trying to hut your noggin on the ceiling
