Yes I learned about it 20 years ago who took a seminar for doctors about tantra. That's the first time I heard about 'non ejaculatory orgasms'. I'm also a martial artist, and we learned about the chi flowing through our bodies. If you practice meditation already, it will be easier. You basically, redirect the powerful energy up from your base chakra up to the head to the crown, and then you don't ejaculate, but you go into another dimension. I would add that you should practice grounding after and bring the energy back down to the center which is below the belly button... That's my condensed answer, hope that helps
