This is very late, but I do have a complete room dedicated to MedFet, with a focus on Gyno exams.  Certainly it can be rented out or even sold, since I am moving soon and I may not take it with me.

I did this gyno fantasy a few years ago for my Mistress at the time.  Sort of a service top thing.

Suit and tie with a lab coat. I made portable stirrups to use on the bed and bought a speculum and a stethoscope .

After a slow and thurough full body  inspection and exam, I usually found that deep stimulation was indicated. 😏
