I ues the Web site not the app on my phone.

I gotta few pms of this person an theyvwere rather vulgar even after I explained what I'm here for. So I blocked the person. 

I'm in lobby chatting and we can see each other an they can whisper me . How does it happen

Hi Charms,

Yes - this has been brought up.   If you block someone it blocks them from seeing your profile or messaging you.  But does not block them from seeing your forum posts or seeing you in chat.  

If this did happen - a lot of threads and chat would not make sense.  However, I agree about the whisper - so I will feed that back to see if something can be done about it.

We've checked and blocks should stop people whispering to you.

If you could contact support using 'help' at the bottom with specific details they might be able to help
