I'm planning on doing this today.  I received my new vibrating plug yesterday.  It said in the reviews that it was easy to wear outside and has a remote which you can keep in your pocket.  "Easy to wear" is a bit of a mis-statement.  It took quite a while to coax it into place last night, it being a 'large'.  Felt amazing but BIG.  Not sure how I'd pop to the shops without going bowlegged, but it's a challenge.  I'll let you know how I get on.
