So I am a gay/bi virgin but I've been fantasizing about it a lot.

I've recently decided that I will go through with it and I know I want to bottom. I want to be safe and I want someone that understands I'm not coming out and I never will. I'm in this for kinky sex. I will eventually be submissive to a guy and maybe on an ongoing basis.

like any interests - it's hard to find anyone at the best of times and the more niche you go the more difficult.   Something you got to consider is a lot of people don't like being treat as someone's experiment.   

And, if you were to lie to get what you wanted (a gay sauna might be a good bet) then you're dishonest and leading someone on.  

Using a male escort might be a best move - at least then they're being compensated for their time and are probably better used to deal with fantasies.

I’m gay and have had many experiences with straight-identifying, bi and/or closeted guys. If it’s a casual hook up I’m not really concerned about their sexual identity or plans for coming out, and I suspect you won’t have any difficulty finding men to help you realize your fantasy. Just use a gay “dating” app like Grindr or Scruff and off you go!
