Not getting any help from the chat support, why? Concerned about Blocking

I do not get any help from the chat support.

I would like to ask on behalf of a person that I invited and then got blocked. Based on her explanation she definitely broke some rules (smh), I suggested her to write an apology later or something for support, seems like she learned her lesson, and would like to get her account back. I don't know if that would be possible or what can she do since she's not getting response from support. 

Doing this as a favor. Hope she can get help since she loved the app.

Hi.  Support would not be able to speak about someone else's account.  

She will have to contact support herself and they can make a decision based on the rules broken.
