I have a tickle fetish and I’m wondering where I can find other people or events surrounding my fetish in the Philly area? Are there other apps or websites like fetlife that I can use to find what I’m looking for?

I wanna be tied up and tickle/light rubbing humiliated in “public”. Where it’s safe and controlled in a club or party dungeon with guards or something. Is there a word for this kind of play that I can look up online to find these sort of arrangements?
