e-Fetishdating Visual Appeal | Amateur

e-Fetishdating.com has lots of photos on the very first page that look like user photos. They are amateur at least, which indicated the site might have users looking for kinky dating opportunities. Other things worried me, however. The 'latest women looking for contacts' listed photos of women and men. The words and pictures literally didn't match up. On reading, the paragraphs of text at the bottom of the page don't make much sense either. I was a little sceptical about what e-Fetishdating.com was going to be like. 

Once I got into the main part of the site, it looked dark. Black and blocky with mostly text and a few photos. It's not the prettiest site ever, but it is simple and clean looking with only a few adverts on the page.

e-Fetishdating.com Navigation and User Feel | Step by Step Simple

Sign up at e-Fetishdating.com is pretty quick and straightforward - if you're a man looking for a woman or vice versa, as there are no other options given. Not a very positive way to start. You're then asked for a first name, I put a nickname in at first, but it won't let you do that. It does, however, only require a first name, so you keep your anonymity.

Other questions are pretty standard, birth date and email address, for example. One question asks what you're into. I was encouraged to see fetish answers such as anal, spanking, rubber and latex but mixed with vanilla options such as night clubs and films. It's a weird combination; maybe those options should be separated?

After verifying your email address, you're asked to fill out your profile. Here is where you can let people know what you're into and what you're looking for. You can answer some multiple-choice questions too about how you look and add in a photo. 

The site is easy enough to use. All your settings and details are in one menu, and everything else is in the top bar of the main page. It's easy enough to move around. 
 

e-Fetishdating Community Feel | Missing

There isn't a community feel at e-Fetishdating.com. There are no forums or chat that you can use to interact with others. There is a diary section, like a blog, but you can't view or respond to these unless you're a paid member. 

Using the search function, I found just 124 guys within 25 miles of where I live, only 46 of those had photos and filled out profiles. I couldn't use the search very effectively; I couldn't change which gender I was looking for at all, which isn't useful for LGBT+ users. The site assumed I was straight, as I didn't answer any questions about my sexuality at all. 

As you can't read messages, look at diaries or look at profiles, it's tough to work out what kind of people are on E-fetish.dating.com. There is a section called encounters where you see people's profile pictures and can say if you're interested in meeting them or not. However, that doesn't count as interaction does it?

Is e-Fetishdating.com Free? Look but no Interaction

e-Fetishdating.com is mostly useless unless you pay to upgrade. It's £19.95 a month, and there are various deals for booking several months at once. e-Fetishdating.com says that with a paid upgrade you can:

• read and send messages
• add bolt-on features
• chat online with members
• see who's viewed your profile,
• write a dating diary and much, much more

There doesn't seem to be a comprehensive list of what all of that means though. 

Regardless, you can't use the site without an upgrade. It is worth looking around and seeing if there's anything you'd like to use in-depth before deciding to upgrade or not.

The help pages on e-Fetishdating.com cover lots of different technical questions from upgrading your subscription to how you add a photo to your profile. It is pretty helpful!
 

e-Fetishdating.com Final Thoughts | Fetish but not Free

There appear to be lots of fetish content at e-Fetishdating.com. There are searchable profiles that look genuine and interesting, but it's impossible to interact with anyone without upgrading. 

You need to pay to be able to connect to anyone, and I think communicating with people is a pretty essential part of dating. So if you want to use e-Fetishdating.com, you're going to need a paid account to use it effectively.
