trying to understand a very specific kind of arousal

Hi, I’m trying to understand a very specific kind of arousal I experience, and I wonder if there’s a name for it or if anyone else feels the same. I get sexually or physically aroused in situations where I’m doing a small, precise, frustrating physical task — like trying to thread a needle, pushing against a spring with my finger, doing deep squats with weights, or ***ting something very tiny with controlled hand movements. It’s not about *** or submission, and I’m actually claustrophobic, so it’s not about being trapped. It feels more like my body and mind are both focused and tense, like I’m pushing against something mentally and physically at the same time — and that tension becomes strangely arousing. Has anyone ever experienced this? Is there a name or category for this kind of sensation-based or effort-based arousal? I’d love to hear thoughts or resources.

I don't think it has a name but eroticised rage comes close to a description. I know exactly how you feel by the way as I feel this way often

…oh, I have the thing with deep „primal“ squats,too…mmm🔥
for me , it’s the muscle strain or the resistance…
Making my body work for me…

Relax, bloom down and open 🌸
Contract, pull-up and in 🌹

Actually this is a fairly well-known thing among weight lifters.. It makes sense as a large part of arousal Involves increased vascular activity

It's known to happen quite frequently in sports especially that which involves physical strength. Body builders, weight lifters and wrestlers are known to have felt this..🤷

I never associated mine with physical activity, but I usually do become aroused when trying to solve a difficult problem, usually in the context of fixing a car, which can involve a lot of physical activity as well. I kinda always thought of it as a way to re-boot my brain because after taking care of the arousal I have a eureka moment about 70-80% of the time 😂

It's the adrenaline it may be a little amount but it will be enough to cause arousal
