Self h*miliation & daily life

As a non-collared sub/slave, I have to come up with creative ways to humiliate and punish myself on a day to day basis. I have quite the repotoire of tasks that I carry out at home, whilst at the same time, partly satisfying my kinks. So, for instance, the weekly deep clean of my house is always carried out naked, with ankles and wrists chained on a short chain, together with a gag. I then set myself challenges, such as cleaning the house, but not leaving any spit on the floor, not an easy task with a ball gag in! Obviously any mistakes and I self punish etc

It got me thinking though, first, does anyone else do this sort of thing? And, if so, what other ideas do people have for some self h*miliation while at home?

I don't do that, but it's because it didn't cross my mind to do so. I set myself little tasks for dopamine hits. This is similar. And when I self pleasure I'll use a crop to give initmate touches so I have the sensitivity. I don't think it's much different than playing, you're just solo. I think that's super creative and I'm excited to hear of more ideas from the thread. ♡

Well, this is my own thought, but maybe use a vibrator and have it set to turn on whenever a few minutes have passed.

Absolutely, many enjoy similar self-imposed challenges, try crawling everywhere instead of walking or writing humiliating reminders on your body before chores. Every slip-up earns a harsh punishment, keeping you perfectly obedient.

Punishments, they range from caning my feet (one of my 'favorite' punishments), whipping of other parts of my body. If I feel ive not dont a good job, I attached weights to my balls and have to re-do the house work, but with the added task of pulling weights attached to my balls. Other punishments have been ***d to squat over a lit candle, so ***tful, only crawling for an entire day, naked, with no knee protection, that is agonising.

One devious punishment I am wanting to do, but will require some work, is having something that I can attach to my feet that will ensure I can only walk on tiptoes.

Yeah the crawling thing is something I've done, ive made myself crawl for an entire day, it was agnosing, the sound of my chains dragging along the floor was such a sensory overload though.
