Fisting really does it for me. To be filled so completely by somebody else, male or female, who has the complete power and dominance over you is an amazing feeling that can lead to the most intense and mind blowing orgasms ever, way more intense than anything you get from “regular” activity.  An anal orgasm is simply several orders of magnitude better than a penile orgasm.  It can lead to experiences that you wonder if you’ve ever really had or did you just dream it? We are talking out of body experiences here...!

To prepare for fisting however, you need to be ready to do some serious homework. Being really clean, no I mean REALLY clean, is essential.  This is only really possible if you are willing to do and are experienced in performing, anal douching or enemas.  The best way to do this is with a showerhead, but you need to understand your bodily physiology in order to be able to do this safely and without damaging yourself.  Over pressurisation WILL cause seriously damaging injuries. You really don’t want to do that. Numerous attachments are now available that simply replace your shower head and facilitate proper cleaning, but a standard shower head is fine if you understand how to clean yourself out.

Being relaxed is foremost. It’s impossible to be relaxed  if you don’t understand your own body. To understand your own body you need to have explored it fully beforehand. This means exploring your orifices, probably with your fingers, in the shower, and ensuring that you feel comfortable with all of that. If you’re not comfortable, you certainly will never willingly engage in being fisted. I would suggest that anybody who’s been fisted will have engaged in some serious large insertion activity beforehand. This could be shampoo bottles in the shower, drinks bottles or other items.

Having prepared, both physically and mentally, poppers helps massively to relax the muscles, reduce anxiety, reduce inhibition and facilitate easy penetration. Lube is a must. Massive amounts of lube. Inject it, smear it, push it, squirt it, but whatever you do, use loads of it! Lube and poppers: the ultimate combination to allow your partner to ***lessly penetrate you. In the shower, hair conditioner is way better than shampoo, and NEVER use soap as it’s an irritant.

However, don’t think for one minute that that is all you need to do! Personal stretching, over a long period of time is key. With regular stretching, you’ll progress quickly to larger and larger items until you’re ready for a real human fist. But don’t rush it. Be patient. It’ll pay off. Women often tear during childbirth. It’s not nice. It takes months to heal after stitching. Tearing your anus is even worse. It can easily take over a year to heal after anal surgery. I had a small planned surgical procedure and it took over 9 months for me to be just about better. 18 months later and I have now fully recovered. So don’t push it: advice from the experienced!

I once had a partner ask me for anal sex. They hadn’t done it before and they hadn’t really “explored” themselves properly. It wasn’t a good experience for either of us. For me, the first time I was fisted, it was just amazing, BECAUSE I WAS READY for it. I had prepared. So if you’re going to do this, prepare and don’t rush. Surgery is not the best way forward! Self exploration, lube and a progressively larger selection of toys is the best way, believe me. I know, as I’ve had nearly 40 years of experience in this...

Thank you soooo much Freddie for the fisting experience and how I need to be prepared.  I have been able to get 2x dildo up my smooth ass and I totally admired your honesty.  I'm really looking for a nice fisting fun n experience. I suppose one day. If any1 if willing to expand my ass slowly plz let me know. Thank you.

I absolutely love both being fisted or fisting a lady as she likes. Taking that a step further, I have been sounding my COCK to be stuffed with her little finger.

I’m new here, so Hi!
I love being fisted but It’s hard to find someone who is willing to do it for me. I was at a party last month and I was lucky enough to receive the hand up to the elbow of a willing party goer. He started playing with my ass with one finger then two while sucking my cock. I was so worked up I said fuck it put the whole hand in! He obliged and the sensation of wiggling fingers up in my colon put me over the edge and I spouted off like a fountain.  Yeah I like fisting. When I can get it.

[Pu****]

I love being fisted (done by 35 partners so far) and doing the fisting (3 women). Fist cherrys are my favorite.

I get my 'easter egg' orgasms this way.

Also though can be dangrous...

In September, I burst a *** vessel in my eye from really intense orgasms from being fisted and fucked rapidly back and forth.

I thought I just got some in my eye during sex on a Tuesday and so two days later I got fisted again which gave me really strong orgasms. The next morning I woke up with a swollen eyelid.

Went to the doctor thinking it was pink eye but it wasn't acting like usual so they couldn't figure it out. Got medicine that kind of started helping.

The next Tuesday I had sex with my FWB and the next morning that I was all swollen again and turned into a full black eye.

So I was able to connect the dots when I went and saw the eye doctor that Saturday. She confirmed that I blew all the small *** vessels in my eye.

I was prescribed to not have an orgasm. LoL So I ended up with $60 percriptions and over $500 in the doctor bills. Most expensive 30 mins of sex I've ever had!

So be aware that this is a possibility...
