As a guy, in all honesty I get bored of the lass doing it to me. It's almost always all about the attempt to get you over the edge rather than enjoyment of the act, which simply does nothing for me. Feels like they're performing an expected task 90% of the time.
In terms of giving, in my experience, given guys generally seen to only give a token luck or two it's always much more rewarding to give and continue to do so until she goes pop, because almost invariably you get the "holy crap I wasn't expecting you to do that.." look, followed by the "holy crap I wasn't expecting me to do that" look, followed by lots of giggling as she regains her composure.
Ergo, for me, it's much better to give than to receive, although the whole 69 thing can and does still work on occasion, but only really with me, the guy, underneath.

Well, thanks to everyone who gave their take. Even though I enjoy it immensely(completely in the "infinity loop of pleasure" camp) I completely understand the side of focusing on one at a time that most people seem to be in.
