I didn’t know where else to put this. It seems to me that this site, for all of its failings, and it has many, has made an active effort to improve culture of BDSM through articles and education. The owners seem to fundamentally understand that having a site full of toxic-ass, uneducated users is not in its best interest form long-term stability and user retention.

So I’m just curious who put the green light on plastering a creature so demonstrably odious in character as Stephen Crowder on your ad banner, someone who is so caustic to this diverse community, who has actively gone after it and targeted it for demonization, who is part of the machine that puts politicians in office that would eliminate your access to the US demographic with a snap of their finger and a bill passed.

C’mon Fet, get it together.

Hi @Hyrrolar,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your concerns so clearly. We absolutely understand how frustrating it must feel to see content or figures promoted that conflict with the values you—and many in the community—hold dear.

The specific ad you’re referring to wasn’t placed by Fetish.com directly. We work with external ad networks that manage a rotating inventory of ads shown across many platforms. Unfortunately, that means we don’t always have full visibility or control over every individual banner that appears.

That said, we take your feedback seriously. We’ll pass this along to our Marketing team to review and assess whether any adjustments are needed to better align with our values and community standards. Our aim remains to provide a safe and welcoming space for all members, and we’re grateful when users speak up to help keep us accountable.

Thanks again for raising this—and for your thoughtful words about Fet’s educational mission.

Best regards,
Carmen - FET Team
