They're easily searchable on the web and trusted towels reduce the effects of anxiety, stress, panic, etc.

Sending hugs, too!
If you don't have a kitty, I highly recommend getting one if you can. They can sense your mood and will become extra sweet and cuddly when they feel that you're stressed. Dogs are also highly empathetic and loving, and are just as much of a blessing as cats.
This extremely depends on you as a person. For somepeople bondage and sensory depervation can work great for example. Outside of more sensual things. Mindfullness, hugging and such perhaps.
Work on your breathing and focus on your exhale, focusing on long slow, exhales will calm you down it engages your parasympathetic system.
There is an exercise called the 4’s. Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds and repeat 4 times
Calm down and just remember these words don't stress about things that you can't control. Easy steps just take day by day and only focus on that day and nothing more beat way I deal with things and relieves stress and anxiety x
If you are near a refrigerator, take some ice cubes and hold them in your palms the next time
Controlled breathing.
Deep breath in 4 seconds
Hold breath 4 seconds
Exhale 4 seconds
Repeat as many times as needed

That's hilarious because I suggested box breathing as well.
