I think that if this question were about a heterosexual woman who liked giving oral but not anything else we would not be searching for an additional title, we would just accept that this was a straight woman who didn't want a penis near any other part of her anatomy. 

 

I would thus simply consider your husband to be bi, the clarification that he only gives oral is all anyone should hopefully need.
