Life style or part of life?

New to this site. Part of being outwardly honest about my interest when daily life/expectations have never allowed.

I can’t see this as a “life style” choice or what defines me. How do some of you view BDSM in your own lives? It’s not a judgement either way, just a genuine curiosity that have not been able to ask about until….right now.

To me this depends on how much you want to make it prt of your life. I have tried it on many levels from bedroom to 24/7. I prefer slight mix. For example:

Her: "Honey I am going to the store."

Me: "Dont forget your plug."

Her: "getting me warmed up?"

Me: "You wouldnt be asking if you werent already."

Of course it is different for everybody and requires open and honest communication. Giving slight hints in mannerism and sp33ch from one partner to the other to i dictate desire or need. Setting specific days for more aggressive play.

Its a balancing act and you are going to fall if it is part of your relationship. Its just how you recover and how you find that balance.

I live it 24/7, that doesn't mean if I had a live in partner that every aspect of the relationship would be part of that dynamic. But for me, I will only date kinky people, I also volunteer regularly at a dungeon and teach several different classes and run tasting stations. Having someone who understands that is key for any relationships.
