Problems with a new ball stretcher

I just purchased a ball stretcher but can’t get my balls into it. The holes are approximately 1” and I don’t fit. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this?

Apply an oil to your ball and massage when fixing your ball back in massage gently..That would help you okay,thank me later!
