It was almost identical to clue 1, if clue 1 was the "demand", then 4 was "supply". 
Here's another try: It's what you would use in a coffee machine, only it's kinksters instead of grounds.

DAY 04 - just need to tweak things a bit for the right playmate

DAY 05 - There’s a code to the chatter, follow it and you’ll stay in the circle; ignore it and… well, that’s your cue

You can see your total of points under the Me icon, Points heading on the app.  There is no leader board tally.  There is however a list of who has given the most icons away which is displayed at the bottom of the screen on your treasure chest page.
