Could someone advise me which clue I’ve missed please. My whole bottom line is empty and the third one down on the furthest right line

Bottom row should be empty, those are for icons 21-24. Icon #12 is the one you are missing. So... you have today's clue. Go to that section and return the compliment and hit SAVE.
