You have to be on the profile of someone who hasnt found, or been sent, a piece of the puzzle yet. Where it usually says "found x/24 pieces" it will say "send member a piece" or something along those lines.

Unfortunately the answer is no, there is no setting for this.  If a member wants to access the website, they need to open their browser whether it be on their pc/tablet/laptop or the browser on their phone and then they need to physically type in the web address of www.fetish.com   Once they access this page, then select Login as an existing member and sign on using the same id and password as they used for the app.
