I’m new to this whole BDSM stuff but I’ve known for a while that I enjoy anal play but I can’t really be seen getting an actual butt plug is there any good other options? I definitely recommend getting a plug online. I've heard far too many hospital horror stories about items getting stuck up there.
Lots of sites are very discreet in their packaging and their billing. But if you wanted to be extra careful you can purchase with a visa gift card and then ship to a po box.

I totally understand the aversion to wanting to buy one in public and possibly be seen doing so. That being said not using a specifically designed product that has a professionally tapered base put you at incredibly high risk of having to go to the emergency room. Which could potentially be a much higher visibility and much more embarrassing situation. I would recommend following through with suggestions already made on this thread and explore options for purchasing online. Or if you know someone you trust who is comfortable going into a store in purchasing one for you. Hell, if we live in the same city, I’d happily be that person
