How often do you "slip up" when in public?

My sub personally calls me "dad" or "daddy" more than my real name at this point. It's been a few years of this now. There's been times where I've caught him calling me "dad" in the store, or anywhere really. I'll smile and laugh it off. He doesn't realize it happened.

I do it all the time. I only call him Daddy or Master, never his name. It going to happen. I just say it like it’s his name. If I do it in public then it’s to be expected. Though I have to say Daddy is a lot more acceptable then Master lol. That one gets me some stares for sure. I don’t regulate my s***ch for public. Even phone calls. I’ve been at a gas station on the phone (ear buds) and been talking to Master while busy doing other things. I’ve said Master and Daddy. I use my normal conversational voice.. not my subbie babygirl voice. It’s just who he is. My brain doesn’t think his name.

Props to you for feeling comfortable enough to call him that intentionally in public. I'm sure that calling him Master would get some funny looks. But I can already tell you don't care 😅 my D/s is definitely more discreet in public, but it sometimes makes it more fun in a sense.

I actually have such a hard time NOT saying Daddy and Master that we started using acronyms when talk sometimes.. it’s a conditioning thing I think lol. He’s okay when I slip up sometimes but it’s different when in a place like I store and a bit too far away .. I can’t call out, “Dadddyyy or Masterrr.” I call him DM (Dark Master)a lot now.(inside joke. He’s a bit sadistic lol). Which coincidentally sounds like his initials (it’s not, just sounds like) so now I just sound like an odd woman that calls her guy by his initials. I’m okay with that lol

Sounds like you have both a fun and real D/s relationship. That's awesome for you. I'd be more than okay with finding a partner like that.
