Find someone who hasn't already found an icon and click where it says to gift on the treasure hunt part on their profile.

“What” you’re looking for is an “icon” (AKA: small image, graphic, visual symbol) that will be located on a particular page of the website/app. When you see the icon, you tap it (if using the FET mobile app) or click it (if using the fetish.com website on a laptop or desktop) in order to “collect” it (save it to the list of virtual “Treasure Hunt” icons you’ve found in total during the competition).
