Firstly a lot is in the intent on why a lot of men send dick pics (or flash) in the first place Whilst there are some who might genuinely believe the other person might be turned on by it (as, I'm sure, some might be) more common reasons are (a) for their own gratification (b) for the purposes of distressing or humiliating the receiver. Kinda because of this - if someone is someone who genuinely believes the other person is interested, happen they have previously received ones for the wrong reasons. But in all cases it revokes an element of consent - i.e. you WILL see my dick. Because men are not used to receiving intimate pictures for negative reasons, they can only somewhat think of positive reasons - that a sender is interested, wants to share, a treat, etc. In essence something that gets into the idea on sites in general, that men like women who make the first move (when they're not calling them scammers) cos they often find it flattering someone is interested.
