Hiding

I can’t tell my family, I can’t tell my friends. I can’t explain why it hurts so much. When they ask, I say it was the distance. It got too much. But I would have travelled further for you, had you asked. It wasn’t too much for me. It seems I was too much for you and that’s a bitter pill to swallow. I’m hiding my needs now. They feel like something I should be ashamed of. You never said that. You just couldn’t accept them. You couldn’t accept me. And now I’m trying not to hide again.

The hurt and having to hide it is so hard, putting on a brave face to the world. I often feel I am too much, but at the same time not enough. Sending healing thoughts, never hide your brilliant light, for those that hide in the dark

Have you just returned? Me too. It's nice to see familiar faces. I hope you've found the healing you needed. I tried to message you but your filters are keeping me out and that's ok x
