What can I expect from a Dom session?

I'm finally doing it, I'm going to have my first bondage experience with a local business who offer those type of services. I identify as a Dom but given I have never done any sort of bondage experience I figured I would be willing to give it a go. I have requested for a female sub to be in the room with me and for us to both be tied up on the bed together. As I have never done anything like this before what can I expect? I'm very nervous about this.

do you know if this service is legit, cos there's so many red flags in my head about this

like, in the UK someone cannot offer what you describe as a "business" 

I mean, sure pro Dommes exist, and some would offer sessions which can include a female sub - but some of this feels... I have concerns...

 

as to what to expect.. this is something you should discuss when booking about what you're hoping to get out of this

Its a legit service called celestial studios. What parts would be a red flag in the uk.?

You can also find it on Google maps and it does not hide what it is which would i think ir means it was legit. I had a conversation earlier with one of the staff earlier so I have a bit of insight now.

Been to the building to have a quick look and was shown around, seems pretty structured in the way the building is set up. Its set up in an old warehouse.

Also this is not one single person this is a business owned by dominatrix Vivienne l'Amour and she offers different sessions with different Doms if that helps ease your mind.

ah, fair. OK - yes - I'm aware of Viv and Celestial Studios.

yeah, ok - her set up is a little different.  Generally, yes, I do feel there was grounds for my concerns - but you've clearly done a bit more due dilligence - and yeah, Viv's set up is a little more unique - but then also there are costs which go with that.  Also... *nods* under UK law the business is owned by her but the Dommes are all freelance, and do not work for her. However she can help invite others to be involved with the right offer.

Some of my points still stands no matter how legit it is.

What can you expect? What will happen? This is something you should discuss with Viv (or the Domme doing it) explain you are new/nervous/excited and want to try, but don't know what to expect - outline your expectations and also consider a talk through (which you may be charged for) of what to expect in a session with her.  You should as I say discuss what you want to explore, and why - and also what any potential limits are.

Some people like surprises in sessions, sure. Of course. But if you wanted a total surprise, you wouldn't be asking on a forum what you could expect - the best person to ask is the Domme you are doing it with, since everyone has different styles.

If you haven't already, you can purchase clips they've made (as I know Viv films a lot, and many Dommes who use Celestial have filmed also) which may give an idea.  Like, I could direct you to a blog with one of my bondage experiences, but that was with Ms Evilyne, and with someone else they would have their own style

Bondage also in itself is a huge catchall which can mean a  lot of different things

Cool no worries as long as it's all legal and legit I'm happy to go ahead. I had a conversation with a staff member recently. She stated that the start of the session I am allowed to set my limits and I will be mentioning that I am new and nervous. Thank you for your concerns and the information provided. Given this is a kink I don't have anyone to talk to about this so the forum was the next best thing for insights into this.

I will be doing it with Genna who is the dom and Isla who will be the Sub. I heard they work well together.
