I think the risk of damage to functionality outweighs any of the niche benefits it could have long term. I also think it’s generally bad practice to alter your body solely for the opportunity to benefit someone else. If it’s something you’re into tho weighted balls rings do exist and there’s certainly more in depth information about how to safely use them and other bondage for a long term effect.

Prior to leaning in to kink I always preferred taut, perky balls, but when I started familiarizing myself with CBT I learned about ball stretching and now I’m turned on by balls that have more movement away from the body, specifically for using ring stretchers and devices like a humbler. I’d also like to feel that movement when I play with the ball sac. Putting some separation between the balls and body is meant to delay orgasm, as balls will tense into the body at orgasm, but I haven’t gotten to play with this yet to get any direct feedback.
