I think it’s more his enjoyment like it’s more of a dominance? The level everyone is saying is impossible, so yes, although hyperspermia is uncommon and does explain higher volume - some hyperbole, or just fantasy has been articulated in this post.

Because the known highest case was 11ml, this person supposedly witnessed or has ml more than the known maximum limit, which after this it becomes impossible; just to there not being enough seminal fluid.

If it’s a sudden occurrence see a doctor, most cases are actually caused by infection or pathology.

If it’s increasing that shows something is going wrong, so I’d see a doctor.
