Plans for basement

I need input for my basement. I’m currently renovating my basement as a sex dungeon. And also as a possible fun room for normal people or guests.
I’m not trying to break the bank, but I am also considering spending *** for a tub along with a nice assortment of furnishings. 

What’s something that’s been tried in your dungeon?

I put in a yoga board - it’s a wooden panel on the wall with various placement of hooks for attaching ropes and elastic bands for stretching exercises

Also having a portable massage table is useful

I would not put a tub into a basement without a lot of good ventilation, personally

You can google search Bareback Submission Horse. Its a must have for any dungeon or play room. If you are handy at all you can build one yourself fairly easily. You can also find building plans online for it and similar apparatuses. Just have to do some digging.

Wow. I just found a cheap one for $1000. I would definitely be building my own!

If there's room, a small sauna, with shower area, is good for regular guests as well as the dungeon ones

That’s an excellent idea. I’m also planning for taking out a closet down there and install installing a small half bath.

I have a portable massage table for aftercare and milking needs. I’ll look up the yoga board. Thank you for the suggestion.

We turned our basement into a multipurpose sex/hobby/adult hang-out room to escape our ***s and their friends.
I think it works BETTER as a "GOODTIME" room because: YES, it does have all of the sex stuff, but it feels more lived-in, more cozy (but for some people, "cozy" defeats the point, so this might just be wasting your time) .
I was suprised how much more she wanted to use the room for sex because it wasn't just about "sex".

I built my own dungeon, not in my basement but a separate room. I do construction for a living but doing it yourself is still fairly affordable if don't correctly. I also built my own furniture and paddles. It's satisfying to see your own work in use and your submissive enjoying the experience. Also looks great in pictures!
