Kegel Balls

A sub I know inserts some Kegel ball(s) at times and conitunes her day, doing what she needed to do.
She described the experience as one full of surprises, when she forgets they are there and a movement she makes or something else makes the balls move (like vibration and bumps on the bus ride she described) creates some internal sensations.

Her words "when got home was gagging for it" for those not familiar with phrase "gagging" it is nothing to do with the throat - it loosely translate to '"f**king horny" "climbing walls horny" etc.

Anyone else tried Kegel balls? Good experience / Bad experience?

That’s a great task to give a sub ask them to wear balls or a plug for a set time. It feels amazing to serve that way.

In my experience wearing a butt plug has a limit to how long you can wear it before it becomes uncomfortable and unpleasant (know it depends a lot on size and shape).
The Kegel balls can be maintained longer and if Dom preparing the sub for something are great stimulation in the right places.
Can only speak from my experience.
Would love to hear your take on insets and effects it has on you wearing them in public.

It’s a NOPE for Kegel balls from me. I can tell they’re there and moving around, but it’s kinda weird and far from being even remotely stimulating. So really don’t like them, especially when you need to *** and they are poking you into your bladder 😵‍💫

Have you tried smaller balls?
Told size matters for right sensations.

Yes I have some experience. I required some pelvic floor therapy after having my child, and was told to avoid kegal balls because they can make your muscles too tight and inflexible, and can cause damage or incontinence in the long run. It's not something professionals recommend using, so I don't touch them.

I have a set of Kegal balls (pelvic floor training) they are putting it lightly "interesting," a sudden movement like a quick step off a kerb was ooohhhh. It gave me a full/heavy feeling that caused me to keep clenching, resulting in getting excited and turned on.

It's not about using them for pelvic exercises but wearing them out on occasions. I know of others who use some insert and have no damage or inflexible muscles.
Further more for you to tighten and develop inflexible muscles you will have to go on an intensive use of kegel balls - like working out at the gym to build muscles - if that's what you need don't use kegel balls - I will agree with you on that.
