It's an exchange of power in the capacity of the entire relationship not bedroom play, can look like a lot of things depending on the people involved. Since it's highly dependent on the dynamic probably best to explain it in the context you see it. TPE can mean you want the top of the slash to tell you what to do, wear, say.... It can be setting up rituals.... Or it can be ***d exchange as in you want to not listen and have someone that will *** their will upon you and all will look very different in structure but the exchange of power throughout the interactions is what is universal.
