I’m looking to get a pup hood, how would I go about finding a cheap but decent one ? And does the color of it matter or is it a whatever color I like?

It’s not what I would call cheap but I’ve worn it more than once and even for a whole party and found it comfortable

As for colors no they don’t matter unless you want them to. You’d use the same color codes. But it’s best to just ask. At minimum it’s a good talking point when meeting if they do have a reason or you just learned their Fav color!

I had a Doberman pitcher hood made of leather well shade it was hot but looked amazing still have it ...it was like 250 dollars..worth every penny you get what you pay for...

Colors are up to you it’s something you are wearing if you want to flag with it you can buy certain stuff and say hey I flag with this or it could just be you like the color or it feeds your inner puppy. As for the hood is there a style of hood you like they have some that are more open from company’s like mstr bear or ruff stuff they have ones with moveable jaws they have Mr s leather and you can get something a bit more personalized or more standard etsy has some cool sellers too. If you want really custom scrap yard leather will custom make anything but those are more pricey

Comfort is everything when something is long term use, and 90% of pups point to Mr. S leather.

Color is a you thing. A lot of pups are also furries, and they base their color choice on their fursona.

AliExpress has a huge variety of styles and colors. Go cheap to see if it's for you before spending huge $

If you plan on doing alterations I always suggest getting a cheaper hood off Ali to try it out on so you know what works and what doesn’t no need to damage a more expensive hood
