Sub drop and age regression

So as a little I want to give my partner(s) my all. My last partner was very much ignoring me and it caused sub drop. My sub drops tend to be very bad so usually I involuntarily regress to about 1-5. Anyone else has this happen?

I’m sorry that happened to you. I often got depressed when my former owner ignored me. It would last for days or weeks. Being that depressed because of that treatment is normal. Regression to a certain age sounds normal to a degree. You are running away from your problems and the hurt. Most people do that. I hope you are feeling better.
I hope that you are receiving care from a professional therapist as well. In this lifestyle we can all use care and it starts with us caring for ourselves!
