Organic coconut oil is pretty damn good. And obviously safe to use, since you can eat it.

Uberlube is a pretty fantastic silicone based lubricant. A little goes quite a long way. What I like about this Lube, is that you still get good skin friction. Also phenomenal for massage use.

They sell smaller bottles but just get the 32oz. Closest thing to natural feel as you will get IMO

What specifically are you using it for? If you’re using it with silicone toys or condoms then I really like Earth Elements Hydra water based lube. If it’s for anal penetration or fisting then I go for Pur Silicone lube

Not all lubes are universally appropriate so it really depends on specifics like does it need to be toy and condom safe, do you have any allergies? It's difficult to give a valuable response with so little information.

Baby oil actually isn't great for internal use. It's a petroleum based product and can contain impurities and cause other issues. Especially when used in sensitive areas like the vag.
