Things I have done previously include the card game 21 but, you lose, you remove an item of clothing.

An Idea I have for groups is the game Liar (From Liar's Bar) but you get caught out, you remove an item of clothing and if you incorrectly call someone out, you also remove an item of clothing. The first one wearing no clothes at all becomes a toy for all the other participants
