Start with a finger. Then a metal butt plug. Small. Then medium. Keeping them in for a couple of hours eventually. Use Vaseline to keep it lubed. Try using metal butt plugs. The weight and the pressure they give can be very different. Pushing on the prostate. Start with a small one, but sometimes they’re too small to sit comfortably inside and don’t exert enough pressure. So medium may be needed (they come in packs of three). Apply lots of petroleum jelly and pop it in. Build up to lasting a couple of hours. Move up to large if you feel you could take it and the pressure would be better. Some find that their bodies start moving the butt plug back and forth over the prostate. It’s a bizarre feeling but can lead to orgasm. You can move about and go about your day.
