I just checked your profile and looks like you were gifted the first icon which would explain why you can't find it as its already collected.  Icon 2 will be released in roughly an hour and half's time from now at 3pm UK time.

The area where it shows which members have collected all the available icons so far, means they have collected the released icons released so far.  Currently one icon, has been released, so if you have collected the one icon released so far your name would have appeared there.  The counter resets at 3pm UK time when the new icon is released and providing you have collected the previous icon/s and the latest icon, your name will then appear again.  The list updates every few minutes, with many collecting their icons at the same time, sometimes you can miss seeing your name.

So here is what I learned. When you find an icon, you can keep it or give it away. If you give it away, then you lose it, but you can just go back to the original place and get it again. This means we can form teams. We can find it and pass it along with the team. If you like this idea drop me a line.
