I think this is a terrible idea. A flag is a banner to unite under, a physical representation of the spirit of a people or ideal. For what purpose? To identify as kinky? To identify as D/s? If you want THAT, then use what the Goreans do - a sigil and some Kanji. If you feel left out because Pride has a flag, say exactly that. But then, don't bother calling yourself a Dominant. Just say you're a dominant-leaning scene switch and looking for an organization to be subordinate to.
