Fibromyalgia and Shibari

fibromyalgia and Shibari!.
To all riggers and ropebunnys in the world i have a question which is on my mind for a very long time.

But before i ask let me explain the situation and let me tell my story..

Since i met my former Ropebunnys (GF), i have gained some rope experience during the boyscouts, then in active duty as a Royal Dutch Combat Engineer, and during Shibari workshops and pillow and self binding...

My GF/ropebunny has Fibromyalgia, and we did some ground work she already got some *** relief.
Then there was a day she had a migraine attack, and i suggested to tie het a chest piece to reliëf it..
And while i was tying she felt the *** slowly slide out her head resulting in a migraine less day.

Due to her curiosity and mine we studied suspension and followed workshops, afterwards we tried it ourselfs wich resulted in sometimes up to 3 days without her Fibromyalgia ***..

Yesterday she had a Flare Up, so yet again i suggested to tie her a supporting chest/body pieces..
While doing so i could she the *** sliding out of her, and giving her the best present i could that day a nice body piece..

All these events have something in common, *** and Shibari causing *** relief.

So here is my question to all riggers and Ropebunnys in the world;

Does someone has the same experience as we had ?
Or something alike ?
And do they want to share their story and maybe even what helped with them ??

With all love Rick
Never been properly tied myself but when practicing leg ties on my problem side (I have an early days degenerative neurological disease) all the tension in my muscles goes away. It lasts for a short period of time afterwards but even that fills me with enough joy it doesn’t matter. I’m hoping that it continues to work as my problems get worse over time
@bobzilla-alba, i hope the best for u, an hope that u find a proper trustworthy Rigger to help u if u are in search for one..
But nice to hear that Shibari does help u a bit with your disease 🤗 lots of luck and love from the Netherlands 🇳🇱
I love a harness tie for my rib ***. I had knocked them out of place and self tied to relieve the *** they caused when I breathed. I have fibromyalgia and we are just starting to learn other ties.
@CountryNslut thank u for your share, have u ever tried suspension? Like i said in my story my gf hot a *** relief for 2 days and she could sometimes sleep in the suspension cause of the relaxation.. not due to the *RopeSpace* (which is a kind of SubSpace) but just she doesnt have any *** then..

I have not. I’ve been reading it creates a lot of relief. We’re learning and I hope one do to get that too! -M
Sorry That I read it wrong🤗. Shame that a 18+ app like this. Blanks out some words ... That might got the confusion 🤗 still thanks greetings and love from the Netherlands 🇳🇱
Yes, it is hard to understand. They sensor some of the strangest words too. Best! -M
This is why I’ve been so interested in rope play because it releases that stored trauma
Ropeplay alone @Sharkmouse ? Or bdsm in general cause some types of play may also relief stored trauma, it sometimes even helps people with PTSD .

And just to be curious have any experience with suspension?
And if so is there a difference between the ropeplay and the suspension?

Thanks so much for your answer btw 🤗 greetings from the Netherlands 🇳🇱

Thank you for this post. This is so interesting. I’ve always been drawn to being suspended and tied up like that. I haven’t met a rigger yet, and I’m new to the scene as it is. I do have body *** myself so perhaps this would help me too. I hope to meet a good rigger one day. Thanks again for sharing your experiences.
It would make sense, all those nerve endings with continuous pressure and the compression feeling that comes with it. My ex had supper bad anxiety and loved her chest, binging rigged up after a long day, but she also hated being touched when like that, so results may vary. Great post 🧡
@Jaxlane we had the same thought aswell with the nerve, and nice to see that people do vary in reaction towards being rigged
I'm so glad I found this post. I've been curious about this as I have fibromyalgia and sciatica ***. I haven't met anyone yet that can help me experiment. This gives me hope that someday I can maybe experience some relief and a kinky experience.
@RawnieRune i hope u will find someone to help u on your search. Aswell that i hope that Shibari helps with your fibromyalgia as it does with my gf.
With love from the Netherlands 🇳🇱
