A lot of people say their cock but if it’s an actual sex gag toy I like using the cock shaped ones that have a latch that loops to the back of their head with a quick release for safety

I would say either a good ol fashioned ball gag or maybe an inflatable one

I love the gag when two fems are sharing my cock. They both gag so deep, long , and repetitive, because they are holding one another’s heads down. They are both wearing an over abundance of eye makeup…. it appears they’ve been crying and their whole faces are drenched with tears and black make up that’s so sexy las it streaks their flush faces. They gag so hard each of them that they throw up phlegm and mucus. One gags it up….. the other one gets under her, and she feeds the phlegm to the one, and then the other lets it roll down out of her mouth under my cock and they use that gag juice to lube me up and they start sucking and sucking and jerking all over again on my taint , and the other ones is on my cock gagging and the other one just continues to open her mouth and catch it and spit it back on my balls …..fucking yummy. Eventually, both come up with mouthful and just start kissing me. I better stop now, but that’s my favorite kind of gag.

I’ve always loved the looks of bone gags, but ring gags are also really hot to me. I personally hate ball gags though, just too round and uncomfortable, rather use the other two before I ever resort to a ball gags
